<h1 class="subject">Where is the best place to buy audio books?</h1>
I'm trying to find a source for unnabridged audio books on CD for a friend who is losing their sight. Our local library has a poor selection that we've already gone through.
Where can I find popular contemporary fiction in audio book format that doesn't cost the earth?
I'm in the UK, but don't mind buying online.
audible.com is a good sight. There are many options and each choice is labeled as abridged or unabridged (many have both choices. You can also by audio books on amazon.com.
well to be honest you dont have to buy the books you can download them legally .... check out the websites

I am sorry for your friend. If you go to borders they have a pretty good selection. But what you could do is go to http://www.audiobooks.com/ they have tons. or even go to google and search audiobooks i did and i got tons of results where you can buy trade and sell them... good luck
iTunes has many authors to choose from.
I think they are all unabridged.
